Description
Farming today is a labour of love, and an expensive risky business. First of all you must prepare the soil. Then you plant the seeds, and hope there is enough moisture during the growing season to provide adequate growth. Then when the time is right you harvest your crop. Now its time to take your product to market, hoping for a fair price. Finally you have to prepare for the onslaught of yet another Canadian brutal winter….Then the cycle starts all over again for the weary farmer…Does this sound like fun Folks? Just ask a farmer....Captured as is west of Headingly, Manitoba, Canada.

So amazing how the landscape goes on forever - I'm used to the mountains of British Columbia and my husband and I get a big charge going to the prairies where we can see far!! Wonderful photo! v

This piece puts tears in my eyes. I love fields and this is so incredibly beautiful to me. It also has great minimalism qualities, another thing I love. Fabulous work. Instant v/f and pin with acknowledgments.
